Yes, and this is configured course by course. Each course gets its own mix of the five tracks, its own passing score and integrity bar per level, its own retake and attempt limits, and its own weighting into the employability index. A B.E. cohort typically runs all five tracks with Coding weighted heavily; an MBA, BBA, B.Com or design course usually runs with Coding switched off and Communication and Interview weighted higher. Settings resolve most-specific-first — course override, then your institution default, then the platform default — so you only configure what differs.

Assessments run auto-proctored: face-capture identity, fullscreen enforcement, tab and paste monitoring, on-device face and phone detection, and a weighted integrity score on every attempt — so you can trust that scores reflect genuine, unassisted ability.

Not today, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise — there are no live ERP, SIS or LMS integrations and no single sign-on. Data moves by Excel: bulk import of your catalog and student roster during onboarding, and Excel, CSV and PDF export of placement data whenever you need it. If an integration is a hard requirement for your campus, raise it during evaluation and we will scope it honestly rather than promise it on a slide.

Your institution owns its data. OneKampas processes it on your instructions as a data processor — we do not sell it, and we do not use student data to market to anyone. Your team can export placement data at any time in Excel, CSV or PDF; exports covering past years can be set to route through an approval step so historical data never leaves unnoticed. What happens to your data at the end of a contract is set out in that contract, and we will agree it with you before you sign rather than after.

Guided onboarding is included at every size: we set up your course → branch → specialization catalog, import your student roster, and get your placement team live with role-based logins. Support runs over email and in-app, with priority response and a named onboarding contact on the larger bands. Specific response times and uptime commitments belong in the agreement rather than on a marketing page — ask for them during evaluation and we will put them in writing.

The platform already computes the core placement indicators — eligible vs placed, placement rate, highest/median/average CTC, recruiter counts and geography — and exports to Excel, CSV and PDF. A dedicated compliance-reporting home is on the roadmap.

Every plan includes the entire platform — placement operations, recruiter engagement, reporting and all five AI assessment tracks with proctoring and the employability index. Nothing about the assessments is an upgrade. Pricing is per institution and scales with the student quota you need; a few genuinely optional modules (institute branding, detailed assessment evidence for staff, extended historical exports) are switched on per institution.
